OR-X can design and manufacture OEM signal generators according to customer's specifications. Our expert team can design the instruments to your exact requirements concerning signals, programming commands and user-interface specifications.
We can also modify any of our programmable instruments to accept command sets of other (older) instruments from any vendor, so that the customer can upgrade his ATE system without any software modification of the testing programs.
